Brainspotting is a powerful, brain-based therapy that taps into the body's natural ability to heal from trauma and emotional blocks. By identifying eye positions that correlate with inner experiences, it helps access deeper parts of the brain for rapid processing and release. Adding Brainspotting to my skillset enhances my ability to support clients in achieving lasting emotional breakthroughs and deeper self-awareness.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) helps individuals identify and challenge negative thought patterns associated with stress and anxiety. By altering these patterns, clients develop healthier perspectives and coping mechanisms, effectively breaking the cycle of stress.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills integrates cognitive-behavioral techniques with acceptance strategies, promoting emotional regulation and interpersonal effectiveness. It equips individuals with practical skills to manage intense emotions and navigate relationships more effectively.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a research-backed therapy that helps people heal from trauma, anxiety, and distressing life experiences. Through guided eye movements, it allows the brain to reprocess painful memories and reduce their emotional impact. Incorporating EMDR into my practice enhances my ability to help clients move through stuck patterns and find lasting relief.

Hypnotherapy is a gentle, guided process that helps quiet the mind and create a state of deep relaxation and focus. In this state, individuals can explore thoughts, emotions, and patterns that may be influencing their behaviors or emotional responses. Many people find hypnotherapy helpful for reducing anxiety, improving confidence, managing stress, and creating positive change from within.

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) incorporates mindfulness practices to cultivate present-moment awareness. This helps individuals detach from stressors, reducing anxiety and promoting a more balanced mental state.

Play Therapy give children a natural way to express what they may not yet have the words to say. These approaches help children process emotions, build coping skills, and feel understood while supporting healthy emotional development.

Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) addresses the cognitive and emotional aspects of trauma, aiding individuals in reshaping their responses to distressing experiences. This structured approach facilitates healing by providing tools to cope with trauma-related thoughts and emotions.
