Meet Amanda

Embark on a personalized healing journey where compassion, evidence-based care, and genuine connection come together.

I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families—supporting clients across the entire lifespan, from early childhood through adulthood. My passion lies in helping people feel seen, understood, and empowered as they navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm.

Early childhood experiences matter. For my youngest clients, I use Play Therapy and creative, developmentally appropriate interventions to help children express big feelings, build regulation skills, and strengthen their sense of safety and confidence. For teens and adults, I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to gently challenge unhelpful thought patterns, alongside DBT-informed skills to support emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and healthier relationships.

When trauma is part of your story, I offer specialized trauma-focused care, including EMDR, Brainspotting, Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). These approaches go beyond traditional talk therapy—helping your nervous system process stored distress and supporting deeper, lasting healing at both the emotional and physiological levels.

I also provide compassionate support for perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, recognizing how pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenting can bring both joy and unexpected emotional challenges. You don’t have to carry that alone.

My approach is collaborative, warm, and individualized. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. Instead, we work together to identify what feels most supportive for you—building insight, strengthening coping skills, and creating space for growth at your own pace.
