Is There Another Payment Option?
Explore out-of-network benefits that allow you to pay for a session, receive a "superbill" for reimbursement from your insurance company. You can inquire about this by calling the number on your insurance card and asking specific questions about out-of-network mental health coverage, deductibles, coverage amounts, and session limits.

What Is A Good Faith Estimate?
You have the right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" explaining the expected cost of your medical care. Health care providers must provide this estimate for non-emergency items and services. You can dispute a bill if it exceeds the estimate by at least $400. Save a copy of your estimate for reference.
